Twenty things we can describe accurately
Storage that does not fit is useless, so we would rather carry a short catalog we know inside out than a warehouse of guesses. Three rules make the difference.
- Assembled dimensions, in inches. Not just the box size. Measure your space against the number in the listing and it will be right.
- Staged props are never included. If a photograph shows plants, books or crockery, only the item in the title comes in the box, and we say so.
- Anchoring is in the description. If a tall piece needs a wall fitting, you read it before you buy, not after you open the manual.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We pick and pack within 1 to 3 business days, then standard delivery takes 5 to 9 business days. Expedited is 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Furniture travels by freight and takes 7 to 14 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.
When is shipping free?
On any order of $49 or more, measured on the product subtotal after discounts and before tax. Below that, standard shipping is $6.95. Freight for large furniture is quoted at checkout by weight and destination.
Can I return something if it does not fit?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging, and we do not charge a restocking fee. You pay return shipping if you changed your mind. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover it and send a prepaid label.
Do I have to assemble it myself?
Most cabinets, closets and desks arrive flat packed with instructions and all the hardware in the box. Smaller organizers usually arrive ready to use. Where assembly is needed, the product description says roughly how long it takes.
Are the measurements assembled or boxed?
Both, listed separately. Assembled dimensions tell you whether it fits the space. Package dimensions tell you whether it fits through the door and up the stairs. Always measure against the assembled figures first.
